Donna Coyle Recognized by NJAMHAA (New Jersey Association of Mental Health & Addiction Agencies)

Hands down, she’s a winner! Congratulations to Donna Coyle, Senior VP of Clinical Operations & Outpatient Services for being recognized by the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies (NJAMHAA) with the “Trendsetting Leader in Adult Services Award.” The award, presented at the NJAMHAA Annual Spring Conference, recognizes leadership and innovation in behavioral health. Donna was selected based on her commitment to exceptional client care, outstanding leadership, and dedication to collaboration & teamwork.

Nominated by colleagues, Donna was awarded the sole recipient from a talented and dedicated group of behavioral health professionals across New Jersey. In presenting the award, NJAMHAA noted Donna's critical role at CPC---which is one of New Jersey’s largest behavioral healthcare organizations, treating over 12,000 people annually.

Donna’s commitment to mission and dedication to her staff team was especially noted by colleagues during the COVID-19 pandemic when her calm demeanor and ability to adapt and innovate during times of crisis were especially needed. Donna has developed a reputation among her peers as an “out of the box thinker” and colleagues fondly refer to her compassionate and authentic leadership style. Additionally, outside of the agency Donna is well respected, and is often called upon for advice and collaboration.

Donna oversees administrative and clinical components of CPC's programs and services, including Outpatient & Addictions Programs, the Adult Partial Care Program, Community Youth Services Team, Integrated Case Management Services, Justice Involved Services, Supported Housing, Supported Employment, and PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment). Donna is a true servant-leader, dependable colleague, and experienced clinician. With her depth of experience, time spent in the field, and committed work ethic, Donna exemplifies what it means to be a true leader at CPC.

For these reasons, and so many more, it is with extraordinary pride and tremendous appreciation for her dedication that we congratulate Donna Coyle for this achievement and well-deserved recognition. Congratulations Donna! We are so proud of you and we are sincerely grateful for all you do for CPC, our families, and the communities we serve.
