Grateful to Our Leadership Board Members

Todd Herman, Board President (incoming), Vera Sansone, CEO and Laura DiTommaso, Trustee & Board President Emeritus.

CPC is grateful to recognize retiring Board Chair, Laura DiTommaso CPA, Partner at Smolin, Lupin, & Co. We also welcome Todd Herman, President, Downtown Investors, to his new role as the incoming newly elected Board Chair.

Laura has been an active and involved volunteer at CPC since 2013. Previously serving as a member of the Board of Trustees and as our Assistant Treasurer, Laura most recently served for 3 years as our dedicated Board President. With Laura's leadership CPC has grown in size and scope and the agency currently serves more individuals than ever before. As an active member of the community, Laura has also dedicated her time to Elder Life Management Inc., Church of Saint Anselm Finance Committee, Ocean Township and Wayside School PTA, and is former Trustee for the Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce. CPC is grateful to have Laura's ongoing support and involvement as Trustee in the coming year.

We are appreciative to current Trustee, Todd Herman, Partner, Downtown Investors, LLC for his new role as Board Chair. Todd has been an active and dedicated member of the Board of Trustees since 2015 and we look forward his leadership as we enter the new fiscal year.

Recently the Board and leadership staff held a productive day of meetings, discussions, and reflection at the Annual Board Retreat in Red Bank. Board and staff were grateful for the time to connect and envision the future of CPC and health of our communities. CPC is grateful for the collaboration that takes place year-round between our staff and volunteers, and appreciated the special opportunity to break from the daily routine in order to strengthen our efforts.

Together, we are dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of our communities and look forward to a successful year of progress ahead!
